Our design and sales team have the experience and detailed knowledge to guide customers through the product selection and design process. We have worked with countless individuals and builders to choose the most efficient and economical unit and create the exact look to enhance an indoor or outdoor living space. 

Individually our trained technicians have over twenty years experience installing indoor and outdoor fireplaces, inserts, gas logs and stoves. We also have successfully partnered with masons and woodworkers to create custom hearths, mantels and surrounds to meet customers' unique design requests. 

We encourage all customers to refer to their product manual for maintenance and troubleshooting information. Costly repairs and unnecessary service calls can be avoided with proper use and regular maintenance. Service appointments are available Monday through Friday either 9 AM to 1 PM or  1 PM to 4 PM.
